5+ Years of Weight Training and Nutrition Experience ✅
Before he got into lifting, Ryan was a long-distance runner. This paired with a height of 5'9" kept his weight below average most of his life. At 16 years old Ryan was around 110 lbs. After stopping running, he had the desire to add some weight to his small physique. He began going to the gym where he learned the basics of lifting and fell in love with the process, learning new things every day. Within about 5 years he has put on 60 lbs of quality muscle tissue and has added hundreds of lbs to his lifts while gaining mental focus and clarity.
Personal Research on the Science of Bodybuilding ✅
For Ryan, the science of how the body grows was the most interesting part of bodybuilding. He spent years looking into what makes changes in the body whether it be muscle, fat, or water weight. He has read countless amounts of scientific studies in order to get a better understanding of the body and its physiological processes. Ryan knows what to change and how to change it in order to see results.
